Unworn and unwashed garments can be repaired, but not exchanged. It must be clear that there was no damage caused by weight packets or any other reason besides the manufacturer’s error. Whether or not the complaint was a manufacturer’s error will be determined by weighted clothes.

 

In the event that the garment is unrepairable, the client will be reimbursed for the purchase amount by weighted clothes.

 

Please follow these steps to correct any product manufacturer defects or repairs:

 

1. Take Photos of the Defect or Repair Area

2. Email Photos along with copy of paid receipt to: zack@indiesource.com and service@weightedclothes.com

3. Wait 7-10 Business Days for a Response

4. If manufacturer defects are outside standard industry tolerance, garment can be shipped to:
