Currently, we only ship to the lower 48 United States.

• Orders are scheduled to be delivered about 10 months from the pre-sale end date. Thank you for your patience with this pre-sale offer!

• Orders may ship early depending on ​total quantity pre-sale volume.

Returns & Exchanges & Cancellations

 

After the pre-sale date ends, only purchased products will enter production. Therefore, we can’t offer returns once the pre-sale date ends. Please double check sizes, color options, quantities, etc. before placing an order.

 

Cancellations are permitted, but only before the pre-sale date ends. Once the pre-sale date ends, cancellations are not permitted.

 

Unworn and unwashed garments can be repaired, but not exchanged. It must be clear that there was no damage caused by use, weight packets, or any other reason besides the manufacturer’s error. Whether or not the complaint was a manufacturer’s error will be determined by weighted clothes.

 

In the event that the garment is unrepairable, the client will be reimbursed for the purchase amount by weighted clothes.

 

Please follow these steps to correct any product manufacturer defects or repairs:

 

1. Take Photos of the Defect or Repair Area

2. Email Photos along with copy of paid receipt to: zack@indiesource.com and service@weightedclothes.com

3. Wait 7-10 Business Days for a Response

4. If manufacturer defects are outside standard industry tolerance, garment can be shipped to:
